Air Filtration

All filtration currently exceeds the ASHRAE’s recommendation of Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value (MERV) 13. Building outside air, lobby and base building systems serving office spaces comprise of the following filters: MERV 8 (pre-filter) MERV 15 (primary filter) and Charcoal (Carbon filter). In addition, ventilation with outdoor air is critical to decreasing disease transmission rates. To that end, base building demand-controlled ventilation (DCV) has been temporarily disabled to increase building ventilation. To further enhance air filtration and promote additional air changes and conditioning, base building ventilation hours are temporarily expanded, and optimal humidity levels maintained.

Enhanced Efforts in Common Areas

In addition to the standard cleaning of both common areas and office spaces, the building and Inspire Workspace has added staff to complete enhanced cleaning/disinfecting in all common area touchpoints. In addition, the building cleaning vendor may be contracted for services within your Suite for complete cleaning and disinfection.

Social Distancing

Consideration has been given to monitor social distancing within the building and Inspire Workspace. There are protocols in place for traffic flow, elevator management, common/conference room usage as well as requirements and recommendations for the use of face masks by employees, clients, and guests.

Getting Here

With unmatched access to mass transit – Inspire Workspace at the World Trade Center offers direct access to 11 subways, PATH trains bus and ferry lines. Two new train stations – the WTC Transportation Hub designed by Santiago Calatrava, and the MTA Fulton Transit Center designed by Nicholas Grimshaw make commuting to work fast and convenient. It’s the equivalent of having Grand Central, Times Square and Penn Station in one place. Inspire Workspace is also conveniently located near the Holland Tunnel, West Side Highway and FDR Drive.
